Course overview
This is an intensive course focusing on the five core Project Management (PM) processes and the nine PM knowledge areas as described in the PMBOK Guide. The course will introduce the theoretical framework, tools and techniques and all the project management processes in the PMBOK Guide. A session on PMP examination skills and question drills is also included in this course, and participants will receive 200 PMP exam practice questions.
